All can go change in a 1 second. All it takes if for you to feel broken.

This short film was a great technical challenge!

The Director wanted to tell this story in one continuous shot that evolved from a big close up, and travelled thru the story reframing all the elements and discovering the story thru 1 “dying” scene.

The challenge started when we everything had to be done manually. We had no remote follow focus system, and no gyro, steady, or gizmo to stabilize the camera. Finally, the 5D has a heavy rolling shutter issue withe sensor.

This is the result. It was all shot in 1 day, on location (which also posed a challenge because the space was an actual hotel room, quite small for us to fit in with lights and gear)
